There is no expiration date on stamps. You can use them at any time.
The mobile app will offer all main menu items such as our Coffee, Tea, Juice, Shaved Ice and Acai Bowls. Other items such as Gift Cards are not available on the app. Please note that each store will offer slightly different menu items.
There will be a designated spot for pick up orders. Please be ready to display the order details in the app to a team member in order to receive your order.

No. Any remaining unused value cannot be redeemed for cash or another reward and will be automatically retired.
We only use location data for 2 reasons : 1. To link you to the It’s Boba Time location that you are checking in at. 2. To find the nearest It’s Boba Time around you. We do not use your location data for any other purpose.
